Laughter Yoga blends intentional laughter with yogic breathwork and playful group interaction, inviting you to laugh with purpose, even when joy doesn’t come easily. These practices are about presence, energy, rhythm and shared experience — and they work whether you do them in a group or on your own.

MacLaughter Well sessions are led through laughter yoga — a unique practice that combines intentional laughter with breathwork and simple movement. Laughter is chosen purposefully, not because something is funny, and the body responds in ways that help bring attention into the present moment, ease tension and create shared connection. This embodied approach supports the experience of regulation, presence and ease throughout the cycle.
