MacLaughter Well sessions are led through laughter yoga — a unique practice that combines intentional laughter with breathwork and simple movement. Laughter is chosen purposefully, not because something is funny, and the body responds in ways that help bring attention into the present moment, ease tension and create shared connection. This embodied approach supports the experience of regulation, presence and ease throughout the cycle.


Everything comes back to energy — our connection with our own internal state, our nervous system responses and how we interact with others.
Through structured, laughter-based practice, this programme cycle supports working with that energy safely and intentionally, guiding participants through regulation, awareness, activation and integration across the year.
