One off - Taster Sessions
For a lasting impact on student wellbeing, our 8-week Initiated Laughter (Laughter Yoga) and Wellbeing program is specifically designed to support students in navigating the challenges of academic life. Each session combines the power of laughter with additional wellbeing practices such as reiki, emotional exploration, breath work, meditation, and finding balance through joy. Students will gain practical tools to manage stress, foster resilience, and enhance their emotional balance. This programme empowers students to integrate these practices into their daily routine long after the programme ends. By participating in the programme students form a positive mindset and build meaningful connections, allowing them to thrive both academically and personally.
